About Us
Loongs Cricket Academy, sponsored by Creations India Developers Builders & Infrastructures (CIDBI) is Kerala’s Premier cricket coaching centre. It is the only cricket academy in Kerala providing world class cricket practice facilities including turf wicket practice, floodlight cricket practice with bowling machines. The academy was established at Thrissur in 2005 for providing systematic scientific long term cricket coaching throughout the year for kids and to groom them into good players as well as healthy citizen. We are now the premier cricket coaching facility in the state of Kerala for 6-19 year olds.
After incorporation of Loongs Sports Promotion Private Limited in 2010, activities of the academy have been taken over by the company.
The concept of round-the-year coaching has shown a great result within the span of 7 years. More than 100 players from the academy represented Thrissur District team and 35 players to represent central zone, and 18 players to represent Kerala State team in various age groups.
The Loongs Academy is now financially supported by CIDBI from 2012.
